Monica has over 15 years of experience within the real estate industry, beginning her career as a rental and sales agent in the Kraaifontein area. From there, Monica expanded her knowledge and skills through rental and operations management within real estate before joining the Eazi Real Estate team as a field agent within the Kraaifontein area. Excellent Service
Monica Philander must be the best Real Estate Agent in the Western Cape. I thought selling my house would be a nightmare but she is the most efficient and trustworthy person, and she delivered on her promises.
