Bio
Simamkele holds a diploma in Real Estate from Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT), and Valuers Professional accreditation with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP). He joined the Eazi team in 2023, previously working for Signature Property Development. Simamkele is a resident agent within his area; he is an alumnus of Leiden High School and knows the area well. He is passionate about real estate and is driven to provide the best possible service to buyers and sellers. 

Simamkele is a field agent in the Northern Suburbs (Bluedowns and surrounds). He is busy with his qualifications to become a full-status agent. He works in a team with Lindsay Combrink, a full-status agent with more than 15 years of experience who has concluded hundreds of successful transactions with Eazi.
